Snow-white flowers measure 2" across and display showy yellow centres over several weeks from spring to early summer. Easily grown in average to wet soil in full sun to part shade. Rhizomatous and aggressive, which can be used to great advantage in any moisture retentive soil where a no maintenance, native groundcover is desired - along shorelines, pond or riverside, in moist meadows and at the edge of the woodland.
